If you have suggestion for the improvement of our product, service approach, website or any other aspect of Alsim’s operations, please complete the suggestion form below. The form should be completed as fully as possible to ensure that we can make contact with you and fully understand the nature of your suggestion. On receipt of a completed form, the following standard procedure will commence:

• Acknowledgement of the suggestion will be sent to you at the email address provided in the form
  
• The suggestion will be assessed and allocated to the relevant team for investigation
  
• An initial investigation will commence including testing if relevant
  
• A decision will be made on the feasibility of the suggestion or further investigation and testing may take place
  
• A report will be issued to you summarising the outcome of the suggestion procedure
