Timer and thermostatically controlled heating systems mean that heating levels are controlled as required during times of need and switched off outside of working hours to avoid the possibility of wastefully heating unoccupied buildings.
Occupancy Controlled Lighting
Occupancy controlled lighting means that lights are only switched on when an area is in use and there is insufficient natural light. This innovation puts an immediate end to the wasteful practice of lighting left on 24 hours a day seven days a week and in turn offers the possibility of substantial energy savings.
Enhanced Insulation
Insulation materials can be enhanced in all areas of the building to produce a substantial improvement in ‘U’ values together with associated cost savings.
Recyclable & Sustainable Materials
Recyclable materials are used extensively in our product range meaning that the majority of the product can be recycled at the end of the unit’s life. All timber materials used within the product are from sustainable sources and we aim to utilise materials from recycled sources whenever possible.

Staircase flight and landing assemblies to suit a variety of product configurations, including central positions, with a simple connection system. The designs offer interchangeable arrangements allowing use in left and right hand flight positions and to suit the varying requirements of your site.
This unique linking systems allow the simple and cost effective creation of a complex of any size in 1, 2 and 3 storey formats. The system allows our entire product range to be linked together subject only to the initial fitment of the required parts at the time of manufacture. The links themselves are interchangeable and available in a variety of sizes with and without external doors to provide additional flexibility of configuration.
A range of products designed specifically to stack seamlessly with our toilet and shower units, without the cost of jack legs or the difficulties of burying the tank, providing waste facilities when the relevant mains services are not available on site. The tanks are available to match all unit sizes and work with our range of step flight and landing assemblies.Â
The tanks feature interchangeable inlet positions and are supplied with a flexible jointing pipe to allow simple connection to the waste outlet of the unit and thus provide a complete package from a single source.
